SSamp;C Technologies is looking for a SKYLINE Technical Solutions Consultant who will train, consult and instruct both existing and new SKYLINE users on how to maximize the use of the SKYLINE Property Management and Accounting Solution and on how to apply proper accounting principles to meet operating and reporting requirements. Technical Solutions Consultant will report to the Director Training and Consulting. The individual will be required to analyze client business needs and employ technical and accounting solutions to meet those needs and will also provide the first line of Technical/Customer Support when a client experiences issues with the SKYLINE solution. **The position can be located in Chicago IL, New York, NY and/or Kaysville, UT.** Essential Job Functions: Provide consulting and training for new and existing SKYLINE implementations, post implementation refresher training and training on advanced SKYLINE modules and functionality, i.e. dual entry accounting, financial reporting, F9 and Crystal Reporting Provide front line technical and customer support for SKYLINE software clients, including support on advanced SKYLINE modules and functionality, i.e. dual entry accounting, financial reporting, F9 and Crystal Reporting Perform tasks associated with SKYLINE development and deployment including requirements definition, product testing, product documentation, sales support including product presentations Promote additional consulting services, training time and customer support services to clients Communicate/follow-up with clients in a timely, courteous and efficient manner Provide support to Sales and Testing initiatives as required Experience Required: Bachelors Degree in Accounting or related discipline 5+ years relevant experience in working with automated Property Management and Accounting solutions such as SKYLINE, Yardi, MRI, Timberline, One-Site, etc. Solid Technical aptitude Strong written and verbal skills Strong interpersonal skills Experience Preferred: Certified Trainer, Property Manager or CPA Previous SKYLINE experience Ability to perform data migration **There will be up to 15% travel associated with this position.
