The Senior Program Manager shares accountability in the outcome of critical CME initiatives by leading the delivery of one or more complex strategic projects or programs that span organizational boundaries. Principle Accountabilities: Ensure understanding of team priorities and objectives and how they integrate with the department and the division Translate sponsor goals into project and program plans Collaborate with ES management and program sponsors to prioritize projects, analyze, negotiate, and agree on trade-off decisions Review and approve project forecasts Work with senior-level stakeholders to manage change requests, including re-evaluation of project and program forecasts Manage and direct multiple, complex, medium to large scale projects and/or programs where the analysis of the situation or data requires an in-depth evaluation of various factors Synthesize and integrate project activities and program plans to achieve specific goals Identify and manage inter-project dependencies Manage project delivery based on the integrated program schedule Manage project risks and issues: provide issue resolution, lead corrective actions as necessary and escalate program-level risks and issues to the Director Program Management Track and report on delivery benefits Provide mentorship and guidance to program and project managers Develops and maintain lessons-learned in the project repository for future use Requirements: Bachelor's degree 7+ years of industry experience Knowledge of AGILE and JIRA experience preferred Experience in the futures, options or OTC marketplaces is preferred |
