We are recruiting for a Construction Project Manager to join our office in the Los Angeles Area (office located in Anaheim, CA). As a Project Manager for STRUCTURAL, you will be accountable for managing self-perform commercial and industrial concrete repair projects primarily throughout the Southern California Region. The successful candidate will also be responsible for: Generating innovative repair solutions and providing strong field management Negotiating contracts and material purchases, scheduling, and managing subcontractors and equipment Participating in the estimating process, managing costs and budgets throughout the duration of a project Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients Upholding our safety culture and procedures, and delivering quality control to our jobs Candidates who meet the following criteria may be considered for this position: Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil/Structural Engineering, or related field of study 5-7 years of related construction project management experience Proven ability to manage multiple projects in the $5K $1M range Candidates with repair / restoration experience may be given preference Candidates with estimating experience, in addition to project management experience, may be given preference Approximately 25% local and overnight travel is associated with this position.
