TRIAL PARALEGAL Major Atlanta law firm headquartered in Atlanta is currently seeking a Litigation Paralegal with significant trial experience. This positionwill be responsible for drafting correspondence, pleadings and other documents,organizing, reviewing, analyzing and managing large volumes ofdocuments utilizing databases, charts and spreadsheets,summarizing depositions, client documents and records,communicating with clients, courts, other counsel and vendors,assisting with preparation for trial, arbitration and mediation, alsoE-filing of documents. Must be able to multi-task, work under stress and meet deadlines.Must be comfortable and familiar with e-Discovery programs such as Relativity amp; IPRO. SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS: Four-year Bachelors Degree a must; Paralegal certificate preferred Minimum 4-6 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal, preferably in tort/class action Heavy technical skills including Lexis/Nexis,Westlaw, Word, Excel and PowerPoint Strong organizational, written and verbal communications skills are required Must be able to travel for trials lasting 2-6 weeks Only candidates authorized to work in the U.S. with a stable resume and law firmexperience will be considered.
